We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. Allocation Procedures: For limited edition or high-demand items, The Clearly Collective reserves the right to allocate products at our discretion. Allocation decisions are final and may consider factors including client history and relationship.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for: (a) Manufacturing defects identified within 14 days of delivery (b) Items that do not match the product description or specifications (c) Incorrect items shipped due to our error

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return, contact clientservices@theclearlycollective.com with your order number and detailed description of the issue.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

QUALITY STANDARDS

The Clearly Collective maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control before shipment. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in handcrafted elements are inherent to the luxury production process and are not considered defects.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or supplier failures. In such events, performance shall be suspended until circumstances permit, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

• The unique combination of materials, techniques, and aesthetic elements constitutes protected trade dress
• Purchase of any product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser

Prohibited Uses: You expressly agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from any of our designs
• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or analyze our products for reproduction purposes
• Commission third parties to create copies or "inspired by" versions of our designs

Client Photography: Personal, non-commercial photography of purchased items is permitted for private use and social media sharing, provided that:

• Images are not used to facilitate copying or reproduction
• Images are not used for commercial purposes without written agreement

ANTI-COUNTERFEITING AND BRAND PROTECTION

If you become aware of counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions of The Clearly Collective products, please report immediately to clientservices@theclearlycollective.com with detailed information including images and source location. We actively pursue legal action against counterfeiters and unauthorized manufacturers.

Any person found to be manufacturing, selling, or facilitating the sale of counterfeit products will be subject to immediate legal action and may be liable for damages, attorney fees, and other remedies available under law.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Authenticity:

• Every product is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
• Each piece bears discreet authentication markers
• We maintain detailed records of all products for verification purposes
• Authentication services are available for previously purchased items

Limited Warranty: The Clearly Collective provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only:

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship only

Warranty Claims:
