Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak collection launches or holiday periods, please allow a few additional days for processing. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll make it right.

We hand-washing, air drying flat, and gently steaming to remove any creases. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve the integrity of the fabric and design.

All of our pieces arrive in a custom The Clearly Collective gift box with tissue paper, thoughtfully packaged and ready to give. While we do not currently offer personalized gift messages, we may introduce this option in the future.
