When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak collection launches or holiday periods, please allow a few additional days for processing. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

For pre-orders, estimated ship dates are noted in the product description. Please note that these timelines can range from several weeks to a few months depending on the item.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon. If you'd like to be notified when international orders become available, we recommend signing up for our newsletter or reaching out to express interest.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll make it right.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not currently offer exchanges unless an item is defective. Please review item details carefully before purchasing, or reach out with any questions. We’re happy to help.

How do I care for my silk scarf?

We hand-washing, air drying flat, and gently steaming to remove any creases. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve the integrity of the fabric and design.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our pieces arrive in a custom The Clearly Collective gift box with tissue paper, thoughtfully packaged and ready to give. While we do not currently offer personalized gift messages, we may introduce this option in the future. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, we recommend signing up for our newsletter or reaching out to express interest.

Can I request a custom design?

If you’re interested in commissioning a bespoke piece or working with our studio on a specific design, please reach out through our contact form.

Can I request a specific school or destination for a future collection?

Please submit your idea through our Suggest a Design form. We’re always inspired by the stories our community brings to life.

Will a design be restocked once it sells out?

Our collections are produced in limited runs, and many pieces are not restocked once sold out.
